With over 75 years of combined experience, The Charlie Butler Team is a team of 8 licensed commercial and residential real estate professionals. Charlie earned his Real Estate salesperson license in 1999 and started his career with The Realty Group. From 1999 to 2008, Charlie sold over $100 million in real estate, had over 1400 transactions, and by 2006 was ranked among the Top 100 realtors in the country. Charlie was elected to the Southwest Indiana Association of Realtors Board of Directors in 2010. For the last six years the team has been named among America’s Best Real Estate Agents Indiana by Real Trends for number of transactions. In 2011, after many offers from various companies, Charlie found the technology to effectively support his clients, the growth potential that his team needed, and most importantly, the culture that his team lives by at Keller Williams, and formed The Charlie Butler Team. In 2012, the team was named among the top 250 teams in the country by transaction by the Wall Street Journal.
