The Coach Jenny Show rocks.
As an older runner, I always learn something new from Coach Jenny's podcasts. She's fun, upbeat and encouraging. Clean language, positive outlook. And so very realistic.
The Coach Jenny Show Rocks!
As an older runner, who has only been running a couple of years, I truly enjoy this podcast. I always learn something I can use right away in my workouts. The Coach and her sidekick are upbeat, positive, and fun to hear. I love that the language is clean, and always encouraging. Keep up the good work, Coach!
Informative, inspiring, and fun!
I'm a big fan of Coach Jenny's "Runner's World" columns, and have read her book (co-authored with her husband) "Marathoning for Mortals" from cover to cover. I've always found her advice to be practical and supportive, yet highly motivating. That's the same feeling I get from her podcast, as if I'm listening to an expert athlete and coach who's down-to-earth enough to reach out to listeners at all fitness levels. I really enjoy listening to Jenny and Andi chat, joke, and sing, as well as discuss the nuts and bolts of running. Although the introductory podcast did focus heavily on the Challenge 2016 program, her subsequent podcasts have had less of that content and have focused more specifically on' questions that are relevant to every runner. I like the upbeat tone and humor of the show; it lightens my mood on my long commute! I look forward to each month's podcast and hope it continues for a long time to come.
