Dynamic and Engaging...High energy and high performance!
This podcast provides a unique perspective, check that, PERSPECTIVES, on leadership in today's workplace. They're a package deal - a polished and experienced (and "expertise-d") Boomer and an energetic and accomplished Millenial. The CounterMentors hosts are dynamic and engaging and both exhibit a superb leadership style each their own. Ultra-informative and highly entertaining. Their first guest brought the heat right out of the gate. I know I'll be tuning in every week to see and hear what topic Kelly and Robby Riggs are going to tackle next. Thanks for bringing this tremendous content to your audience.
Fun, Insightful, Relevant
These guys are great. They work well off one another. They are biting but still respectful. It’s a great way to see through the generational rift. Well worth a follow.
They put the "fun" in dysfunctional!
Kelly and Robby have an interesting dynamic which leads to them educating while entertaining you. Kelly gives up the win too quickly too often. It reminds me of when our 145#* Rottweiler would let our 15# Miniature Schnauzer win tug of war. She would prance off victoriously, but we knew who the real winner was.
Regardless of who logs the win in the pod, the true winner in the end is the leader who listens, takes their ideas to heart, implements change and keeps listening.
Looking forward to reading the book!
