One of the best resources on leadership I've found. I was promoted to department head recently and have found these podcasts to be extremely useful. They are inspirational without being esoteric--there is REAL and useful information.
It helps that the author seems genuine and speaking from his own experiences. He's also not afraid to talk about his past failures and shortcomings, which we can all relate to I'm sure.
Nice job on the podcast! What a great resource!
