Reflective teaching

I love that Mike is doing the reflective work that so many of us do when we have been living our adult lives for a while but he does it while also talking about how it impacts his teaching. It’s like Brene Brown meets Cult of Pedagogy.

Thank you

Just listened to the Rough Day episode. Thanks for being vulnerable and sharing these notes with us. It is a great reminder to reconnect with why we do this hard work. Helping kids be their best is rewarding. Being in a community with others and knowing you are not alone helps on those rough days too. Thank you for keeping us connected - Dan’s wife Sarah
