Feels like a game night with buddies.

Listening to this show is akin to those free summer nights when you stayed out far to late talking with friends. The host’s uncanny imagination, and predisposition to the absurd will give you some memories that you just don’t know how to explain (much like the games they cover in the show).

This podcast is great I recommend it (if you like role playing games) 😎😎

A good amount of RPG philosophy and humor

The podcast shows a good amount of humor interwoven with facts and ideas for DMs or GMs or players. The cast is knowledgable and keen on certain issues. The episode I last listened to had a good deal to do with details in world building and settings. The cast did a good job of expressing what's too much and what's too little (subtle vs hitting on the nose) while GMing.
Players also get some advice form these guys in the questions asked. Anyone can ask a question and you better believe that they see if, if not answer it on air. There is something refreshing and calming about having these guys who are clean-speech and actually care about the game speak about it in such a healthy and beneficial way.
