Generations ago, people in their 20’s were expected to get a grown-up job, marry, have kids, and conform to society’s expectations. How awful. Today, you can do almost anything you want. You have limitless choices. So why aren’t you doing anything cool? So many choices can be overwhelming, and the constant crawl of social media comparison doesn’t make it any easier. Many young men and women worry, search, and wander. The e20 Podcast is all about making your third decade count. We interview people who have done brave, audacious, meaningful things. Whether they built an amazing company, took an epic journey, answered a personal challenge, or dared to do something different – we’ll tell their stories and inspire you to pursue and create your own. It’s not about being famous, or rich, or lucky. It’s about getting off your ass, putting your talents to the test, and exploring your passions. Along the way, we will challenge conventional thinking, recommend cool things we find, and dare you to look fear of failure in the face. The e20 Podcast is hosted by T.J. Sullivan.

Binge this instead of Netflix
TJ Sullivan has surly stuck out as one of the best speakers I have had the ability to see. The e20 series gives us great conversations with intriguing perspectives of every day people's not so every day experiences. This podcast gives a 20 year old a great idea of what lies ahead and serves as a much needed from break from binging Netflix. Listen and enjoy!
Good podcast in a sea of blah
This show is not just for people in decade three.... It has value for people of every age. TJ does a good job of getting his guests to open up and show their truth.
Inspiring take on the "Millennial" Generation
I've listened to most of the e20 podcast interviews and all I can say is thank you for offering a fresh take on an often mislabeled generation. It's inspiring to hear from young leaders like Krystal, Jess, and Saul. Keep spreading the word and motivating more 20-somethings to make their 3rd Decade Count!!
