Description

Irreverent, funny and challenging. This is the show for you if you are sick of being on the treadmill of binge eating and sugar addiction and none of the self-proclaimed gurus out there can help. The Eating Coach Harriet Morris brings you Stupid Idea of The Week (walking treadmill or baby food diet, anyone?) as well as real-life workable ideas from her own experience dismantling compulsive eating and sugar addiction, as well as psychology and neuroscience.

Life-changing

Besides the fact that this podcast is funny and entertaining, it is just what I need to help me “reclaim my life from food.” Harriet focuses on the core reasons for our problems with food while giving us strategies to manage our compulsions right from the get-go. Everyone with an unhealthy relationship with food should skip all the fad dieting and come straight here.

So important

As a fellow mental health podcaster, I just think this show is SO important right now. Beautifully produced and full of useful, helpful information, this is an instant subscribe for me.

Great Storytelling and Coaching

I love how Harriet tells stories to help her audience through eating addictions. I especially enjoyed the "Masquerade" episode. I had never heard the story of this book before, and I found it deeply fascinating. Harriet made really interesting connections between the lessons of the book and lessons that apply to eating addictions.
