I came to the podcast via Instagram, where I had been following TFID for a while. I’m so incredibly thankful to have found Caroline and the whole TFID mindset. Truly has changed how I look at food, exercise and life.


This podcast is awesome. #1 she's funny, and #2 the podcast is super informative, and supportive for my overall health and dealing with eating disorder recovery and other issues around weight and food. When I need to be reminded of all of this, I go to her.

I love Caroline's podcast and blog! She's hilarious and honest, and has helped me regain my life and energy from dieting. This podcast is great for anyone who thinks or obsesses about food (even if you don't think it's a diet) and wants that bandwidth for more important things.
