I will never get them back
This podcast's films have stolen actual hours from my life. Someday, my children will line my deathbed, and I will have to apologize; instead of watching them grow, I watched Sean Connery get a (totally awesome) boner.
The podcast itself, is worth every minute. Shut up, kids.
Coffee Brandy mixed with milk is considered a delicious drink by many people in the eastern most state of the union. They will consume this sugar filled drink well into the early hours of the morning. Some call it "Gorilla Juice", others, "Liquid (blank) Remover", while it has many names, it is the same drink.
Take a cup and put a handful of ice in it.
Fill cup 3/4 full of Allen's Coffee Brandy
Top off with milk.
Stir and consume.
Well, of course not, don
It truly is an amazing spectacle, the way these cinematic visionaries are able to so deftly analyze the faults and short-comings in the films of choice each week. The show has come a long way from its humble roots and now provides a medium of intellectual exchange not oft seen on the likes of the interwebs! For potential newcomers out there reading this review, please allow me a brief piece of advice: do NOT become frustrated if you are unable to grasp some of the subtle nuances and intricacies of the pervasive lofty, high-brow humor that these gentlemen sometimes choose to employ. Particularly, the musings of Mr. Lysh-Brown sometimes require multiple plays to truly grasp the delicate point that he is trying to convey.
This podcast is a MUST for any film school hopeful out there as a means of supplementing your (worthless) degree.
