What does it mean to live as a person of faith in this crazy moment in American history? That’s the question behind The Faith Angle, a provocative podcast from journalists Kirsten Powers and Jonathan Merritt. From bathroom bills to conservative Christian cake bakers to Pope Francis’ impact, the duo will explore the issues that matter to people of faith. Each episode features an explainer on this issue, discussion of relevant headlines, and a lively interview with a thought leader. Think of it as ‘a survival guide for the faithful in Trump’s America.”

Episode 1 was a success
1st show on the books and it was everything I was hoping for... really encouraged to hear Jonathan say he was hoping to model how to have a conversation with someone who you just don’t understand anymore that you had previously respected.
That is in fact my experience with Eric. The podcast is necessary because when Eric initially addresses concerns I almost immediately groan but as I hear him flesh out his position I can get to a place where I can begin to understand though not agree.
Looking forward to this
I’ve been waiting for something like this for a while. It’s desperately needed and Kirsten and Jonathan are the perfect host to guide these important conversations. I’m so looking forward to this!
Excellent job. The last episode was impressive — I wish I could have been in the room during that interview! Including intelligent conservative voices in this podcast has deeply changed the way that I engage with my conservative friends. Thank you!
