Found your podcast by mistake through genre under food looking for Alton brown was surprised to see your podcast. I'm very interested in making kombucha , looking forward to making it and listening to your podcasts hope you keep it up.
Been listening since the second episode. It's very user friendly and doesn't alienate you by being overly technical. Finally signed up for your newsletter and am excited to explore the content on the website. Keep up the good work!
This podcast got me into fermentation. Now I've got jars of pickles, kimchi, hot peppers and kraut on my kitchen counter all the time. Good guests and good host.
