Cori was born to help others!

I'm thrilled to see Cori's fitness footprint expand and really like this podcast! I first found her when I did a Google search on improving pull-ups. She had a great article that was so detailed and so clearly written-it stood out from everything else I'd found on the subject.

After perusing the other things she'd written, the workouts she posted, I was impressed with her overall clarity and credibility. So much so that I decided to hire her to train me online (she is in CA and I'm on the east coast). Even though I train on my own now, whenever I have a question and email her, she's more than helpful and super quick in responding.

I've watched the quality of her videos and online content improve and now this podcast is just awesome. Episode 3 really resonates with me because a goal I have is to be a full time fitness professional when I retire in a few years. There are so many great points in that episode that I had to listen to it a second time to take notes.

Cori is really, really good at what she does and I wish/hope I can find someone as knowledge and passionate as her to mentor me so I can help others in the same way.
