I found the podcast from JCDFitness and it's essentially the same as the writing; no b.s. just simple, concise advise for any average joe/jane who is really into fitness but not fitness fads. Good to hear from some guys that seem to be pretty down to earth but also very knowledgeable.

This is my favorite fitness themed podcast by far. Informative and funny. Hope they do a new episode soon
These guy are not only hilarious but smart!
Love this podcast and is such a great tool for the fitness enthusiast! Can't recommend it enough. Just listen to it and squat. If you don't you hate America.
