Is my heavy flow normal? Why do I snap at my boss every time I PMS? Why are periods considered disgusting, anyways? In a culture that likes to pretend periods don’t exist, women's health coach Stefanie Kleinburd and journalist Jessica Weiss are breaking the silence. The Flow Down offers fun, insightful, deep conversations about our cycles, plus interviews with special guests. New episodes every other Wednesday.

YES! Intelligent women talking frankly about a sensitive subject
I am a podcast junkie - I listen whenever I am cleaning house, in the car, getting ready for work, etc. So I know good podcasts - and THIS is a GREAT podcast. Intelligent women (who obviously adore each other - great friend chemistry here!) talking about a sensitive subject in a frank manner. I. Love. It. There were so many times listening to this - especially when perfectionism and anxiety came up - that I was like, "Yes! I have been there." It's so valuable to hear other women's experiences and how they have navigated the challenges of their life. Can't wait to hear more!
SO COOL AND INSPIRING!!!
These girls take you on an amazing journey... and even if the theme is very femme-oriented, I have shared with some
Guy friends and they have responded very interested and pleased with all the episodes!!! They have amazing guests & information... who knew you could get so much out of menstruation!!! Great music as well.
Highly recomendable, easy to digest and great if you are a women and want to get to know yourself better, and as a man, if you wanna know women better ;-)
Can’t wait for season II.
When I first read the description - I was a little skeptical of a podcast on periods. I’m really glad I gave it a shot and kept listening. The 3rd and 4th episodes got me hooked. I’m learning really helpful things about my cycle and my body as well as feeling empowered and less embarrassed about the most natural part of being a woman. Really quick and easy listen. Can’t wait for more!
