Wow.... I am not even sure how to... Wow...

Adam, Good information but this content could not be delivered more dryly. I am not trying to hate on this podcast like I said the meat and potatoes of the information is nice but NPR is easier to listen to and thats not a good thing. On your introduction I can literally mentally picture you reading your subscript... I almost clicked stop within the first 8 seconds. No energy, no appeal, no draw and no excitement. The food world is not boring it is fun, exciting, creative and captivating; 4 elements that completely escape your podcast. Your voice has no excitement, passion or drive for the food business. It feels like a series of notecards :(.

Harsh, I know but hoping it helps you along your journey. Maybe I will return later on to see if everything is still the same or if I might find myself enjoying it.
