Amazing advice, information and guitar talk
Eric Daw is widely renowned in Seattle and the Northwest for his guitar expertise and repair acumen.
I have literally flown to Seattle with guitar in hand to have it looked at by this 20+ year veteran.
Recently he began the Fret Files Podcast.
I am not a guitar tech or repair person, and have little interest in becoming one.
Outside of changing my strings, tightening loose screws and the like, I am nearly guitar helpless.
However, I learn SO MUCH from every episode of Fret Files.
I am gaining confidence to the point where I feel I may be able to do some simple guitar tech tasks, as well as learning about some of the much finer points of guitar repair and craft.
Whether you are a player of fretted, stringed instruments or more of a woodworker/craftsman or both...
I strongly urge you to expand your base of knowledge with The Fret Files Podcast.
Eric is so entertaining
Podcast about guitars, repairs, construction, tone, etc... If you like playing and have any interest in why things sound the way they do or how guitars work you will love this.
