Customer Reviews

Insightful and entertaining podcast

This is a new and improved version of The Health Files by Ania Kay, and she continues to deliver insightful and entertaining episodes on little-known stories about health and health research. A lot of the material this podcast covers has made me reexamine the way I think about the way I shop for food, nutrition, and about health in general. Highly recommended!

Important literraly for everybody

In times when we all are overwhelmed with half-truth information it is so important to understand what is happening in reality. Thus is even more important when it comes to our health. Ania Kay's podcasts bring big issues right to us in a form both useful and interesting. Corporate's profit vs Science vs our own reasoning - this exactly battle he helps to fight! Excellent job!

Very useful and interesting

The idea of the Health Files is amazing. Ania discusses many very interesting topics such as GMOs, vitamins, the placebo effects, etc. and she tries to figure out how fake news is created in the health field. This is a great opportunity to listen to interviews with experts in the field of health and learn about how science works. All of this is a great reason to be critical when reading news from unknown sources. Great job! Ania, continue, please, and good luck!!! Looking forward to the new exciting episodes!!!
