Wellness Mama in my Ears...Yes Please!

I enjoy reading Katie's Wellness Mama blog, but my favorite way to consume content is via podcasts. So excited to get to hear Katie's wealth of information in her podcast. What I appreciate most about Katie is the breadth and depth of information she provides and how well she researches each topic. Cannot wait for more!

Great format and info!

Love the format and the information presented. Katie does a wonderful job explaining and breaking down into steps what it takes to give my family healthy options and lifestyle choices. If you’re a parent or at all interested in health, you need to subscribe to the Wellness Mama podcast!

Lots of interesting topic covered

I like this podcast because it covered a lot of different topics about wellness, giving good explanations, not too complicated, but definitely full of information. I would like it if you repeated the item or issue you are discussing a couple times during the discussion and then when you change the subject, say what you were just discussing. Example, something about replacing tampons, but she just mentioned it at the beginning and I didn't catch what she said. It was never repeated before moving on to the next issue. This happened somewhere else, too, but I can't remember where. Anyway, there were so many good tips and explanations here that I feel like I learned so much for the short time invested in listening to this.
