Keep educating the public
Love the information, I have been watching the food industry changing in the past 15 years...we can make a change buy not buying GMO products...I am healthier and look 5 years younger since I stop eating GMO foods. Trust me, the queen ants can not live without the working ants.
Pretty solid show
I got turned on to this show after having it Tweeted out by Robb Wolf - in you're into fitness/paleo podcasts, then you'll like this.
What I dig about this show is that they're refreshingly non-PC when it comes to things they disagree with (like fitness competitions, people who overdo it with respect to aerobic exercise, etc) - long story short: this show gives you solid health and fitness info without any BS. Keep it up.
For leading me to dr Gabor mate
