These are a set of podcasts prepared by myself, Adam Franklin-Lyons, along with a variety of guests on various topics in history. The podcasts range from short vignettes or insteresting historical tidbits, to medium length presentations, to extended discussions or explorations of larger historical narratives; I will cover many different time periods and topics, changing each month. This podcast should be accessible to anyone with a general interest in history. Generally the podcasts will be about European history, although I'm happy to entertain requests about almost anything. The podcast will update once a month with a new episode.

Very Interesting

Well done and interesting topics I have not heard covered in other history podcasts. I have my podcast downloader set to capture new episodes as they come available! My only little critique is that the background music recording level is too high on a couple episodes (came across distorted and louder than the narrator in spots..)

Very cool

Awesome so far....easy to listen to and very interesting topics. Cool topics that should be included in the future ...maybe middle eastern ish recent history?
