Best Audio and Music Production Podcast Around!
Smart, funny, inquisitive, and never uptight. Geoff and Eli feel like old friends from the first listen.
They know how to nerd-out and get down and in-depth, while keep things brisk, amusing and interesting all at the same time.
Better edited than most recording and music podcasts, and relevant for musicians and hardcore music fans too. Not just for producers and engineers.
Late To The Party - Excited There's Still a Party!
I just recently learned about this podcast via Tape Op and devoured each and every episode I could download. As a former record label owner, the interviews and topics are vital to understanding the history, context, and changing landscape of the independent music landscape. I think this podcast is crucial for those looking to hear more about the independent music business from the actual people involved in it. I only wish I had this podcast 10 years ago while I was starting my record label. Great job, Eli and Geoff!
I've been listening to this podcast for over a year now. My favorite one so far was the David Lowery interview. He had fascinating insights on how filesharing is affecting the music business!
