I really enjoy the blend of scientific and practical insight that this podcast has to offer! Knowing what is happening in the body and how it can be applied to things like metabolic syndrome and weight loss is my favorite. I would recommend this podcast to anyone who really wants to learn about the ketogenic diet! Keep up the great work!

Great podcast! This was actually my first podcasts that I have ever listened to. It was so descriptive and helped me to understand what I am trying to do and inform people of more!
