Thanks Brian for the podcast. I listened today as you and Mary talked about "they why". It's so true that you have to have a "why". I've tried to lose weight many times and just as Mary was even successful on Atkins more than once. My current journey has now become my lifestyle because I had a clear "why". My "why" actually had nothing to do with weight. I had read enough about the keto lifestyle and it's impact on our brain (and alzheimer's benefits) that I knew I wanted to give this a try. I honestly think the "why" was the difference this time. I'm now down 60lbs and still going. I've had stalls throughough these 9 months but because I am focused on my future .. my health, and because I know this works ... I just stick with the plan and keep moving forward. Building in fitness is the next step.

Learning to love the Keto lifestyle

My wife and I switched to what I'd call a moderately "keto" diet a few years ago, and have noticed more energy and generally feeling healthier. As much as I love pizza, it was a tough transition! Brian and his show definitely help keep us on track. Keep up the good work!
