I have learned so much!

I am so grateful for this podcast! I have been trying to love myself for a long time, but hadn't been very successful. This podcast resonates with me because I was also raised athiest and a huge believer in western medicine and then found spiritily and discoved I am an empath later on. I know I have been taught to repress my emotions as a white man in this patriarchal society, but hadn't thought about the similarities in other cultures such as the one she was raised in that forces men and women to never seem frustrated. People say that I always appear calm on outside, but when they taught to me they realize how ambitious and how intolerant of injustice I am. Guess its time to stop always being calm. I also have chronic back pain that I know is not due to structural issues. The episode about how it could be due to repressed emotions BLEW MY MIND!

Season Two has been life changing! It’s help me cultivate a better understanding of myself and improve the quality of my relationships with my family, friends, and most importantly, myself. I’m learning to own my fears and establish the life I want!
