The Low Carb Show

Marc Sage can't decide how he wants to eat. The podcast consisted of him and Vincent, a (most of the time)vegetarian chatting loosely - no apparent direction. Marc Sage eats low carb one week and rice and vegetarian the next, and is full of confusion and self-pity. He always feels like crap (his words) and can't stick to anything (no wonder he feels like crap)and frets about fat and calories. Vincent is the same - he outlined porking out on meat and sugar in one of the last episodes. Episodes punctuated by large gaps - not a reliable podcast. Not sure where this was leading, but they stopped recording so I guess it doesn't matter. If he stuck to low carbohydrate topics and did some homework and research, it would be more interesting.

Title is misleading

I was excited to find another podcast on low-carb....but these guys aren't living a low-carb lifestyle. The last eposide was about brown rice, vegatables, yogurt and low-fat. I actually grabbed my iPhone and was going to call them and complain...until I rememberd that you can't do that. Anyway, look elsewhere for your low-carb inspiration.
In their defense, they were funny and had a good rapport with each other.
