Best Performance Coaching I’ve Ever Had!
Best coaching tips, analysis and motivation I have ever had. Been playing soccer for 20 years and playing semi-professionally in Florida. Went from constant minor knee injuries, hip flexor injuries, to increasing my deadlift by 50+lbs, bench by 30+lbs and have not only rehabbed my injuries in a short amount of time but able to recover from hard workouts so much quicker! They know their ish!

Learned about these guys from the west side podcast. We need more voices saying the truth about this stuff, because no matter how much evidence is shown, the majority of gyms/coaches refuse to adapt. Super pumped to start listening!
