I just discovered this podcast and am loving it! If you're interested in mindful living and wellness you will love The Mindful Kind.

Educational and practical

Loving becoming more aware of mindfulness practices. Crawling into bed and listening to the series is a great way to wind down, become more mindful and rest.

Love it!

A down to earth
Podcast about bringing awareness and intention to your daily life through mindfulness. I love that the episodes are short and practical and not too "deep" and woo woo. This is just right for an average person like me who just wants to be a little more present and aware! Love the host Rachael's voice, tone, and presence!
