Getting redundant

I listened to this with interest at the beginning, but it's getting very one-note. I don't ever want to hear "adding value to your life", "drudging through the drudgery" or "there's no such thing as good debt" ever again. I wish the hosts would branch out and keep things fresh. Also, enough with the self-promotion!

I just can't take their attitudes anymore so I've unsubscribed. I've been living in and off again with minimalism for 15+ years so I was hoping for something with oomph. I had high expectations but this is just a 60 minute ad for their books, blogs, coffee shop, tours, writing workshops, website, their upcoming film, their social media and their weirdly uncomfortable TedX talk (seriously, what's that awkward part with the ringer about?). It's even more annoying when they go out of their way to exclaim that "advertisements s*ck" at the top of the show, then proceed to launch 60 minutes of content marketing at us. In the end: The hosts come off as arrogant know-it-all's and lack the humility needed for successful podcasts IMO. There is value in the show but the hosts need to grow up a little.

To people looking for more about this stuff with less arrogance and more heart: learn Feng Shui for organizing your material items. Read Bea Johnson to learn about reducing waste and consuming less. Check out "the life changing magic of tidying up" by Marie Condo. Listen to Sharon Salzberg for lessons on mindfulness. Watch videos on tiny homes for extreme minimalism and understand that your life should be your own balance of material and spiritual.

Best of luck

So excited!!!!

I'm looking forward to this new podcast. I've been patiently waiting for you guys to do a podcast! Great content and presentation so far. Joshua's voice is easy on the ears. Production and sound quality are a huge plus. Some podcast, no matter how great the content- if the voice and sound aren't on point, are irritating to listen to. Thumbs up guys!!
