The MLTI team's new Consultative Model will support the next stage of the evolution of Maine's learning technology projects by providing professional development that is specifically and individually targeted to each school's particular needs. The podcasts included here are one component of this model, and we encourage everybody to make use of them.

These podcasts will focus on materials that allow schools to rethink and redesign older teaching frameworks from the ground up. In particular, they will address technology as an integral part of the curricular design process. At the same time, they will also look at novel uses of the laptops in assessment for and of learning. Finally, they will outline approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness and impact of particular uses of the technology.
