Anna talks about how Western culture impacts motherhood
On this episode I talk to my old school friend Anna. Between having two little girls via emergency C-section she has moved from Cornwall to Paris to Cardiff to Newcastle because Josh, her fiancé, is a professional rugby player. We talk openly about how motherhood can sometimes be undervalued by Western culture and Anna gives her advice to any mums struggling with loneliness.

I talk to Child.org about their misson in Kenya
I'm privileged to be a voluntary communications partner for Child.org
because just like me they believe every child deserves an equal opportunity. They are a really different kind of "modern" charity so I went to their head office to have a look and chat about how the company runs, what they do to help and how you can get involved! Listen to find out what you can do to help and check out their website https://child.org/ -
