Great information and a fun listen

Amy and Olivia share some great information about nutrition, fitness and general well being. Regardless of what kind of fitness you’re into you will find something helpful in each podcast and the two of them are hilarious.


Olivia and Amy are so down to earth and open during their podcasts. It’s so refreshing to listening to two people who dedicate so much time already helping others and then take even more time to discuss real topics. Personally knowing both of them, they are two of the most positive and sweetest souls.
