New and worth a listen!

If you're looking for a solid running podcast look no further.

I 'know' a couple of these guys from Strava and Instagram. They're 'regular runners' like the vast majority of us. Their down-to-earth (OK, sometimes downright earthy!) style is a refreshing break from some of the podcasts out there which (IMHO) try too hard to be important and just end up sounding pretentious.

In a milieu of stodgy wine connoisseurs these guys are the beer-drinking "NORM!!!" from 'Cheers' who tell it like it is. I think I even heard a few "youse guys" in the mix. ;^D

If subsequent episodes are as good as the first (practical, funny, insightful and honest), these guys are sure to be in the earbuds of many a runner's long run to come!

Fun and relatable

Really like the chemistry between the 3 guys on this podcast. Most runners will be able to relate to the thoughts of these guys (especially episode 2, RE: the marathon). Fun content and they don't take themselves too seriously. This is where this running podcast stands out from the others. Keep it coming guys!

Love it!

Great running talk for my runs/workouts. The watch dying at the start of the marathon story sounds like my worst nightmare! Love the music too.
