I've just begun treatment for Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, an eating disorder I've lived with for 25 years. And I plan on documenting the entire process in this weekly vlog. This week, I explain the basics of ARFID, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), the treatment that's been proven most effective.

ummm great and then misses mark
The Nico Show can be great and has episodes where it really is fun to listen to and can be so engrossing, but then the show will go really off the rails and bore the hell outta you with his fantasy football episodes which you just gotta skip to get to the next topic. No podcast listener should have to listen to that waste of nerdism. And I love his take on Trumps weekly train wreck but then he says he will be the next President, then Florina now will be the next President shows how terrible his instincts are and also laughable and sad for the future of this country when it comes to twenty year olds voting. So I would say subscribe to it and listen to it it is kinda great but also off the rails at times.
