Customer Reviews

I love this podcast! I heard about it through Leanne's instagram and tuned in for the first episode. Seriously these ladies are great: lots of great information and i love their reminder throughout the show that there isn't one eating style that works for everyone. This inclusive mindset is so refreshing in the nutrition world. Rather than try to 'sell' an audience on one style of eating, Leanne and Amber seem like they are just trying to support and guide people on their own health journeys. And they're easy to listen to! Can't wait for more episodes!

Love it!

Thanks for putting this together! I’m really excited to hear the rest of the shows as they come out. You both are so relatable and I love the different perspectives you each bring to the conversation. I would love to hear more about the struggles you’ve both had with eating disorders and how you’ve been able to overcome them. It sounds so freeing to not be controlled by thinking about food all the time. What type of support structure worked for you during the process to get to where you are? Throughout your journey and to today, how do has your relationship with food and your changing eating styles/habits played a role in your social lives (friends making comments, explaining to loved ones and strangers alike why you eat the way you do without internalizing their comments or questions as criticism or becoming defensive, etc.). And how have you learned to trust your body into telling you when you’re hungry vs. deciphering when it’s just your mind telling you it wants something, even if it’s healthy foods?

Great pod!

Thanks girls for doing this podcast! Everything you've discussed is exactly what I need to hear. I gotta start enjoying life more! Can't wait for your next one
