This is a great new podcast! Monica gives lots of great information on this podcast! I can't wait for each & every new one!
This podcast is great. If anything it has me hankerin' (or hungerin') for more. Can it be 10 minutes? Good info, with good scientific basis. Good ideas on incorporating fiber to make my pre-diabetic self healthier! I will keep listening. Keep on making us laugh, Monica, as we eat better!
