Refreshing talk, not politically correct nutrition and health

The Nutrition Heretic podcast isn’t your everyday show about health and nutrition. This show is an eye-opening, down-to-earth presentation of nutrition that isn’t about contradictory food rules so much as it is about real people eating real food to make their bodies work better. So far, guests have achieved dramatic weight loss without hunger, conquered food allergies and reversed a fibromyalgia diagnosis by learning how to understand what their bodies want to be the best they can be.

The best part is that it isn’t presented by a bunch of eggheads, but by regular people having an honest discussion without a bunch of political correctness.

Real talk about real nutrition

I love Adrienne's books, and her podcast delivers the same no-nonsense message: if you want to feel good, you need to get away from the industrial food complex and government recommendations based on flawed science--instead, eat real food. The kinds of food your great-grandmother ate. Traditional cuisines were already optimized for health before we decided that the only things that mattered were how many grams of fat, protein and carbohydrate a meal had. Adrienne's common-sense, practical approach to eating well will give you back your body (and made your taste buds ecstatic).

Loved this, it's good to know that there is actually an nutrition who is not afraid to speak their mind and tell it like it is.
