Gone downhill recently :(

I used to love this Podcast, but I've gotten to where I can't listen anymore unless they have a special guest that I'm interested in. Sarah is amazing, smart and very positive, but Stacy is a negative, grump. You'll notice that she has a very hard time with other people having success, she needs to one-up Sarah and anyone else. If Sarah mentions her book, Stacy will remind you that she has TWO. Seriously, she needs a slice of Paleo Humble Pie. Don't forget, she's been training, so she probably won't strain her arm by patting herself on the back.

Real women addressing real challenges in health & nutrition w/empathy

Listening to Stacy and Sarah are like sitting with your best friends with a cup of coffee or tea. They discuss the real life challenges that they and their families have faced on their journey to wellness. They have their own personal stories that have already inspired many many people. They share their struggles and successes, recipes, tricks & tips, and the science behind much discussed. I now have 2 kids in college and one teen at home. My challenges are somewhat different but I can relate to a lot they discuss. I have experienced many of the challenges they discuss years ago on my own, before podcasts and blogs were discussed. I wish I had this podcast and their blogs back then! I have faced and continue to face somewhat different challenges with transitioning teens to a Paleo template (a continuous struggle). That said, I can still learn quite a lot from these ladies and look forward to their next podcast!

stop talking about yourselves!

Overall I think that this podcast is pretty good. I am just so tired of hearing about everyones' soon to be published books, the book signings they are engaged in, and the parties that celebrate these events. Boring! Stacy and Sarah need to tighten up the program a bit and give it some more focus. Sometimes I feel like I'm on the phone with a friend that won't shut up about themselves. When these ladies do discuss Paleo topics, I am intrigued and very drawn in. Less talk about your accomplishments - and sons - and more Paleo talk please!
