Pure wisdom!

Coach Dos has developed some of the best common sense and easy to follow fitness programming material I have ever seen! His books and web site have been hugely influential and helpful in my own health and fitness transformation. Wil's knowledge of olympic lifting and his ability to be able to break it down for even the most beginer of beginners, like myself, is awesome! I know I'm writing this review after only the first episode has been released, but I have been using Coach Dos' material (which includes Wil's Olympic lifting skills coaching) for about 2 years and I have been a member of his web siite for just over a year now. So I have full confidence that this podcast will simply be a continuation of the high quality resources that they have provided in the past.

Highly respected

Dos is a genius period and this industry is filled with the opposite, much respect! Will tune in
