A real coaches best supplement

As a coach, athlete, and strength and conditioning junkie, this has been a gem to my supplemental training and coaching stack. These guys are the best of the best, and take scientific knowledge and transition it to the weight room and playing field.

Holding two degrees in exercise science and a CSCS coach, I look forward to these weekly 30 minutes of wisdom. Never stop learning my friends. Keep it up guys!

Super Practical

Dos and Fleming bring such a wealth of application and experience and deliver it in a very pragmatic way. It’s easy to understand whether you’re a seasoned strength coach, personal trainer, or even an athlete trying to improve their performance.

The best in the biz!

If you are a fitness enthusiast, trainer, gym owner or any combo of the above this podcast is a must! Coach Dos and Wil Fleming bring are a wealth of knowledge and in addition their guests that they have had on include Chris Frankel from TRX aka "The Professor" and Alwyn Cosgrove. Some of these episodes I have listened two more than once and taken a great deal of notes. If you want to be the best you have to listen to these guys!
