Or, should I write: Stop. Listen. Stop. ...because you really need to take a minute and listen to what these guys have to say, absorb it, and listen again. John is no nonsense and his approach is concise and to the point. Brad speaks elequently on many topics including intermittent fasting which, I am convinced, is the key to calorie control and ultimate weight loss.
I have been practicing Eat. Stop. Eat. on a primarily Paleo diet (my body hates grains) and I have to say, I feel tremendous. The favorite days of my weeks are my fasting days. My energy is way up, my weight is coming down (25 lbs. to be exact - in 3 months - and still losing), and things couldn't be better. My take on health and fitness has done a 180 in the last 3 months. I feel like someone removed the blinders from my eyes!
Thanks for all you do guys. The education has been eye opening.

He guys! Love your podcasts, you have changed my whole approach to working out and nutrition. You are both very knowledgable and engaging. I am also a regular listener to John and "Howard" on The Adonis Lifestyle. All three of you compliment each other. I am having great success with intermittent fasting and getting rid of all the "hype-based" crap out there. I'm down to creatine (plain & cheap) and hard work thanks to you.
Only one complaint- Where are you guys we miss you!
