Customer Reviews
Wonderful!!! But one little problem
I'm thrilled about this podcast. I've listened to plays by this same group (LA Theatre works) in the past on audible and always wished for more. High quality productions with great actors and some truly great choices in plays. If you like plays you really can't go wrong with this. The first installment is fantastic and I'm eagerly awaiting more. What a treat! - need to add one bit of criticism. The length of time between installments of acts of the plays is super frustrating. I don't understand why. My advice to all is just wait till all parts of each play are offered before starting. Waiting a week for the next 20 minutes is unpleasant and ruins the experience. It's a play. Not a television series meant to be consumed in weekly installments. It's like watching a film but every 20-25 minutes you have to stop and wait a week.
Long, interrupting commercials ruined a great program
Wow, I was thrilled to listen to part one of Becky Shaw and then a long commercial pulled me right out of the production. I listen to lots of podcasts and they all have commercials but they place them at the beginning and the end. To place a long commerical in between scenes of a play? And it was a long commercial. I want to listen to the rest of the play but I probably won't as it was frustrating.
Great content; too long between installments
It's a delight to have LATW available again as a podcast. However, the installments are too brief to give this podcast a great review. Commercials are totally understandable, as LATW deserves to monetize this content, but can we have an entire play offered once every two weeks, possibly?
