The Post Party is dedicated to all things postpartum and post-adoption. We are moms and we know that adding a child to your family is a joy and a challenge. It's a time filled with changes in every part of your life. We don't want to add to your to-do list, we just want to chat about everything you're going through and share experiences and encouragement.

Boymom to 3

I love this idea of talking about postpartum issues. Life does not go back to normal, but a new "normal" but life is so very full. Thankful for these sweet women in my life who will be there no matter what.

Finally, an authentic take on postpartum...

I love that each of the three women featured so far have totally different postpartum stories. And each perspective is valuable, I laugh along and nod my head like the whole time. I think life after babies, especially if you stay home, is a whole new world. And it’s so refreshing to hear women chat about this candidly and share some of their favorite stories (& favorite little meaningless things, like pretzel thins;).

Post Party Review

The Post Party podcast has become my favorite podcast to listen to every week. Even though I am no longer in the postpartum season I still find so many of the things they discuss relevant and they always give me a good laugh. I appreciate how honest, real and vulnerable they are with about their marriages, family life and raising little ones. There have been so many topics they have covered that I had questions about as well and I was able to learn from them through the podcast. I highly recommend this podcast to any mom in any season of life. You will find yourself laughing, nodding your head yes in agreement and enjoying time with some fellow moms really get it!
