Interesting podcast, good info

I think they've got a hit with that checklist they talk about, and it'll be interesting to see how it evolves. They're putting out good information in a pretty casual format. I really liked the guest that they had, that was talking about gold/silver and issues concerning that. I'm downloading all the episodes now, but so far so good. I give them props for doing this and I'm definitely going to check out their forum too. Only thing is that I'd like to see more frequent podcasts from them, but then again they're probably as busy as all of us are, so I'll take what I can get I guess.

Four or more experts

Just found this podcast looking through categories. The topic caught my attention as preparedness has been on my mind recently. Listened to Podcast #1 and downloaded the others so I need to catch up. The first episode left me wanting to learn about more about the Capabilities List. These guys obviously have a lot of experience to share and so far the approach is casual and conversational delivery. Definitely worth it to check this series out.

What a bore!

I had a better experience getting a tooth pulled while listening to Kenny G, than I did listening to this podcast. These guys kill me. The information is good, but it is presented in such a dry monotone way, that I just can’t listen to it. The only episode I was able to tolerate was number 5, just because they had a guest on that was able to give me some valuable information without sounding like he was on opiates. I highly recommend "The Survival Podcast." You get the same type of info, but it’s in short segments, and the Jack gets animated when he talks. Sorry guys, I understand what you are trying to do, and I respect it; but please try to be a little more upbeat! The constant "Oops, I think we just lost so-and-so" gets real old as well. Try red bull, it gives you wings!
