Overall an awesome podcast to listen to. I first started listening to Primal Example on their website, so I'm really glad to see they made it on ITunes so it can begin reaching a larger audience. Joe is a great guy to listen to, he keeps it relaxed, very simple, and still focuses on complicated course matter. I think the best part of Primal Example is their dedication towards great content, with the facts/studies to back it up.
10/10 would recommend!
Wanted to let my thoughts be known about the Primal Example podcast. Their first 3 episodes have great content and you can tell it's obvious Joe and Amber have a passion for what they speak about. They give factual examples and site their sources in the notes to the podcast. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to live a healthier lifestyle or are even looking for tips to improve their day to day health. Great start, but even more excited to see what the future has in store.
Excellent and refreshing!
Wonderful to hear evidence based medicine come to life in such a way that will make you want to rethink your "knowledge " and redefine your lifestyle. Joe and Amber have quite the on air dynamic. Looking forward to hearing more from them and following them on this healthy life journey.
