A few more and it will be perfect....

The opening show is a well done for a first try. Great banter, great transitions, great interviews - a few minor issues - but overall, it beats about 90% of the stuff that's out there that's done in someone's house or basement without the production help of a radio/television station.

Mark my words - give these cats a few more episodes to work out the bugs and "The Projection Booth" will be the place to go on iTunes to hear long form discussions about cult/b-movies.

I could not listen to this on the bus today; I had my Ipod cranked up to 11, but I couldn't hear the conversation over the bus noise. I had to save it for my quiet, quiet home -- where still had to listen to it cranked up to 11.

And what I heard was awesome! More! Louder!

dig it

The first episode added a few more titles to my "must see" list. I especially want to watch The Stunt Man and then listen to this podcast again. I like that Mike and Justin are obviously not just kids putting together a podcast to get some attention, but serious film buffs treating their show like journalism. The second episode is just as great. Chris Gore's story about Charlie Sheen is especially fun, and it's always good hearing the Bertha Butt Boogie.
