Thoughtful raw food podcast
I love this podcast and eagerly await new episodes. I especially was thrilled about the interview with Adam. He was always so thoughtful on 30BAD. I'm tired of that site though because they can't listen and just yell the same thing without thinking all the time. It takes a little more finesse to keep me motivated So I am always excited to find new sources for raw food inspiration. This is the one way if eating where I can eat enough and nutritious food without bingeing or obsessing about calories. I hope you can interview more thoughtful people that are having success on the raw food diet.

I stumbled upon perslane at a middle eastern grocery store recently. They called it "verdolaga" (the spanish name?). I blended it up in a smoothie and liked it a lot.
My question for you - I often have "sad tummy" syndrome after drinking my smoothies. It only lasts about 15 minutes and then I feel fine, but I wonder if I have too many ingredients, too many greens, too much fruit- or could it be the ground flax? I put A LOT of one kind of green in each smoothie and then I just throw in various fruit. Today, I had one with Kale (almost an entire bunch) a lrg apple, 1 banana, ground flax (about 2 Tablespoons), and a sprinkle of stevia. I had another in the afternoon with chard (4 big leaves), 1 C frozen blackberries, 2 sm apples, lemon juice, ground flax, soaked chia seeds, and stevia.
