Fitness and mental independence!
Truly excellent information and motivation for being fit and executing your own goals consistently. I've been an athlete my whole life and a firefighter for 15 years and am always on some path to attain "true reasonable fitness" but it wasn't until I discovered Red Delta Project that I actually had any idea of how to comprehend a direction for life-long calmness about it. I actually feel at peace about concepts I couldn't quite get before: What is a workout, and how long should it be and contain? What do I eat? What and whose rules do I follow to measure my success or lack of it? The anxiety I had about all these things, which I didn't consciously know I was even experiencing, has totally dissolved and I feel empowered to be able to maintain my wellbeing without any more google searches or latest craze information!
Informative and Easy to Digest
Great fitness/health/nutrition/etc podcast. If you haven't already, check out his YouTube account (under the same name: Red Delta Project). His approach to fitness has helped me reshape my own views, and aside from the amazing progress I've seen, I also feel just...overall better. Got to give this podcast a listen!
Excellent, easy to understand advice
I've been a personal trainer for a few years and I'm more than familiar with big science based words describing various aspects of fitness. This podcast breaks down topics in very simple easy to understand ways that will not overwhelm you. The episodes are rather short and sweet as well. Trust me if a trainer starts getting technical an episode could last 3x as long.
