Deeply Inspiring & Intimate

Very much enjoyed the 1st episode! The duo of Rich and Julie was a fantastic energetic. I loved the pace of the flow and the choice of content. I now feel a heart connection to Rich and Julie and want more. Looking forward to each and every episode. Thank you!

Where are the hardcore women athletes?

First things first - your podcasts rocks! I thank you for your book, your products, and all the time that you spend researching, understanding and conveying information to all of us. By sharing your journey, you are helping us with our journeys. That said, I was left wanting much, more more from your podcast with Natasha Kufu. You have talked about kids with each of the three women (outside of Julie, that makes 3 out of 18 podcasts - the other 15 were men) that you have had on your podcast. How does Natasha train? What works for her/does not work for her? Gabi may want to "serve" Laird, but I am much more interested in knowing how she eats and trains. You get into hard core technical training discussions with many (most?) of your male podcast participants, but not the women. Sexism is so subtle, so entrenched, that even someone as awesome as you probably cannot even see it when you are perpetuating it. Women are built to run ultras, probably more so than men, so bring an Ann Trason or someone similar onto your podcast, talk about nutrition and training, but please, don't talk about kids with the women if you are not going to do EXACTLY the same with the men who appear on your podcast. Thank you for listening.
