Customer Reviews

This is me, in my purest form

Is it weird to be the first person to review my own podcast? I don't know, and I don't care. But I'm super proud of myself because I gave it my best, and I hope that you enjoy this piece of work I've put out there, and can derive some value from it. If not, that's okay, too. Thanks for trying, either way. Just know it comes from the heart!

Awesome first episode!

How to heal from Chronic Illness podcast

WOW! Rima and Audra! What a dynamic podcast! Every second of this podcast was SO relatable to me while I continue to heal from Lyme Disease. I loved what you both were speaking on, which was not to be a victim of your illness and that we have to find a way to heal ourselves.

You guys hit every beneficial, natural way to heal all in one episode that takes some people a really long time to gather up.

I also loved that you guys brought awareness to how badly wifi frequencies and fluorescent lighting can effect a chronically ill person. I don't think many people are aware of the different frequencies we are exposed to on a daily basis with out us even being aware of it.

My favorite was touching on how if we don't dispose of negative energies or traumas in our lives it turns into a toxicity in our bodies. Once I found out how to release toxicity from my system and stay away from toxic environments, focusing in on my spiritual relationship with God and when I found frankincense oil, that changed everything for me. Essential oils are everything!

Thanks for sharing your story Audra, you are so inspirational and brave! and Rima- you are so humbly amazing!! You played a big role in her recovery too!!!! Can't wait to share podcast with Lyme community. 😘
