Customer Reviews

Excellent Pacing

The interviews and stories weren't unwieldy, and the nutrition segment was digestible. Looking forward to the future episodes as I begin my journey back into running. And, though I may not be a morning person, I just might try to catch a glimpse of the ISS.

Yes!

I'm thrilled that RW is now on the podcast train, and they're off to a fantastic start. The segments are varied and relevant, and the interview is long enough to go somewhere and short enough to stay focused. I like the music, energy, and general vibe of the show. Can't wait for the next episode!

Great Show

Great show. I loved the first segment about the runner looking for the space station and the astronaut/runner on the space station. I might just be inspired to get up early enough to try this! I agree with the other reviewer—good music, good variety, good vibe. I am looking forward to listening every week. AND I am really excited about Runner’s World’s other podcast starting in May—Human Race. Nice going, RW!
